Everyone is enjoying running around doing the Halloween missions and there are a lot of questions in General Chat about them so I'm here to help. This is your guide to handing out goodies to the soldiers of the AFS to help keep their spirits up while they are working to fight the Bane!
Great news ~ the missions are repeatable!
If you want to grab them on all the servers, go for it - I ran them on a level 4 this afternoon (had to run through Bootcamp with her but that didn't take long). It's easy and I'm here to tell you how:
You can pick up the missions from the R&R Coordinators at Foreas Base (Divide - make sure you are in Divide 1), Irendas Penal Colony (Plains) and Fort Defiance (Plateau).
If you've never been to Foreas and need a quick way to get there - don't sweat it! Take the CELLAR from Alia Das to Foreas Base. From there you can grab the wormholes for your trips to Plains/Plateau.
In Foreas (Divide): R&R Coordinator Crider (yes, as in Amy "Critters" Crider) can be found in front of the Armor building near the stairs. Grab the mission and you are on your way to passing out some yummy candy. For reasons unknown, some people don't want candy! Even so, take note of the ones that like candy so you can go back to them when you repeat the mission. When you are done in Foreas, take the wormhole to the next stop in your mission to help promote sugar-rushes!
In Irendas (Plains): R&R Coordinator Spampinato is the candy man hanging out near a tent in the wormhole/dropship/waypoint area of the Irendas Penal Colony.
In Fort Defiance (Plateau): R&R Coordinator Mestemaker is hanging out by the wormhole near a table.
Have fun and don't forget to /trickortreat to your hearts content (you can use the /trickortreat emote throughout the year and it gets copied to clones).
Here are the specific items per coordinator (thanks Vortech):
R&R Coordinator Crider - Foreas Base (Concordia: Divide)
THIS dust was once the Man,
Gentle, plain, just and resolute—under whose cautious hand,
Against the foulest crime in history known in any land or age,
Was saved the Union of These States.

There's such a strong will to resist me. I mean some of them pretend I don't even exist for them. So I wait patiently for time to pass. Usually they give in and embrace me. Soldier: Unless there's a war or a plague or something. Exactly. Still I feel heartbroken taking away the young ones. I mean, they make such beautiful plans for their lives you know? They're always asking me, who gets to decide who stays longer and who has to go, but... that's not my business. Soldier: Wow... touching. You're not the heartless ***** I thought you were.
However, there is one thing that kind of bothers me.
By not offering the wolf and skull masks, they made those special - something unique to those that had them. And I have no problem with that whatsoever (even though I don't have them myself).
What bothers me is the General British Mask.
That is supposed to be part of the six month vet reward. By offering it through the event, they've done the opposite. Instead of being a special reward, it's now just common event fodder.
Not complaining, loved the whole thing as I said. Just odd to me that they would exclude two masks, but not the one that is part of the six month vet reward.

The General British mask though was *originally* a reward from last years Halloween event, and people complained when it was released as a Vet reward then

Oh, I know. And I half expected it to be offered this year. It's just the idea they excluded other masks.

Nope the cherry hat was removed (at least it didnt show up on the EU server) for last years halloween event.
Unless of course, there was ONE mission that i forgot to pick up...
Bleah.
It *was* definately in for the beta testing of the halloween event though

The clown mask and strawberry hat are not "new" as in never before seen, but neither one was available to players playing on live. GM_ROFL used a clown wig on his character, but it was rainbow colored. The strawberry shortcake hat was available for a short time during beta, when some accounts were able to do the halloween missions early. Those accounts were fixed, and the strawberry shortcake hat reward was replaced before the mission was available to everyone, so only a few beta characters had that hat.
